You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a request for a return and/or exchange.Namibia/Nigeria: Currently only supports customer self-return, you can contact Azambe customer service for assistance and then choose a logistics company based on your cost comparison

· Return Conditions
If you have received a damaged/defective/wrong item, please contact Azambe Customer Service to provide a helpful service as soon as possible.
1. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. We cannot accept the return of items that have been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: wigs, toiletries, tights, lingerie, swimwear, jewellery, DIY items, bespoke items, event and party supplies, pet items and accessories (except scarves, bags and mermaid blankets).
3. Items with "non-returnable", "flash sale", "sale items", logos and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
· Important Notice
1. We do not accept requests for the return of items that have been returned without a proper request.
2. Please ensure that you check your return carefully before dispatch, we are not responsible for returns of non-Azambe items.
3. If your requested quantity does not match the actual quantity, your return request will not go through in full.
4. Please do not send your return to a non-specified return address, or it may affect your return processing.
· Refunds
1. Refund method.
Your request will be processed within 5 days of us receiving your return. Refunds will be issued to your Azambe wallet or original payment account as per your request.
2. Refund processing time.
Attention:
1. Refunds will only be applied to the item, shipping costs will not be refunded.
2. If your order was placed with an Azambe wallet and coupon, a corresponding original path refund will be made and can be used together on your next purchase.
