3. Items with "non-returnable", "flash sale", "sale items", logos and free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

· Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, collapse, epidemic, or other natural disaster.
· Inability to use railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.
· Inability to use public or private telecommunications systems.
· Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government or public authority.
· Any shipping, postal, or other relevant transport strike, failure, or accident.
During the period that a Force Majeure continues, our obligations under these Terms or any other contract will be suspended, and we will have an extension of time to perform those obligations equal to the duration of the Force Majeure. We will use our reasonable endeavors to end the Force Majeure event or find a solution by which our obligations under these Terms or any other contract may be performed despite the Force Majeure event.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 Disclaimer: The Services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
